I am so grateful I found Sierra. I knew I would be having a 4 th C-section and was concerned about needing blood after my surgery due to clotting issues and some previous c section complications. Sierra was so helpful and full of knowledge. I knew nothing about this process. She helped me find blood donors, work through all the paperwork required by the blood bank and doctors. It was quite the process but we were able to get it all figured out before my surgery. My surgery date even got moved up which caused many issues but she helped me through it. I knew walking into my delivery that blood was waiting for me if I needed it. It really relieved a lot of stress.

Also during my pregnancy I ended up having Sierra look over my bloodwork because I ended up being anemic. She gave me multiple tips on getting my levels up and some additional nutritional tips. Though I wasn’t able to get my numbers as high as I wanted before delivery she directed me on treatment in the hospital and when I got home. She has such knowledge about women’s health and nutrition I was so grateful.

I also hired Sierra to prepare my placenta for encapsulation. She was so professional and used high standards for sanitation. She drove a long distance from her home to not only pick up my placenta after delivery but also deliver the capsules to my front door.

Sierra went above and beyond for me during a very few stressful months when a lot of unknowns were happening. I felt heard and trusted her completely. I wish I had found her sooner when I was having my other babies. I would recommend her to any of my friends.

Dear Sierra, we really wanted to thank you for the way that you allowed God to use you in our labor and delivery process for our son, E. Prior to going into labor I had prayed that God would mark the process by His presence. I also prayed that God would help us to trust his exact timing of when E would come....By the time you saw us again we were weary and just wanting our son to be born already. We were sitting on the small sofa by the window and you looked at A** and I and calmly spoke the words, "well, everyone has their appointed time." And through that A especially was so encouraged and strengthened to trust our Father's appointed time. Hours later, still in labor and feeling even more weak... I was lying down waiting for him and falling asleep in between contractions. And A told me how that this rest may be exactly what I need. I slept an hour and a half and that rest was exactly what I needed. It gave me the strength to be able to push E* out. Sierra Emrich Hamm

For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside hundreds of women through every birth setting imaginable- from high-risk hospital deliveries to peaceful home births. I've worked with OB/GYN surgeons and traditional midwives.

As a former labor and delivery nurse, I’ve assisted in life saving surgeries and managed newborn complications in out-of-hospital settings with extraordinary outcomes.

But birth is not simply a medical event.

I’ve had the honor of witnessing women transform into mothers long before labor begins... supporting their health, their understanding, and their confidence as they step into this role as a maternity coach.

My clinical expertise is sharp, but my true gift is protecting the sacred space of birth where compassion, presence, and trust still belong.

At Honeycomb Maternity Care, I help intuitive mothers like you build unshakable confidence in your choices, understand the realities of modern interventions, and gain practical tools to navigate pregnancy and birth with clarity.

This is more than holistic maternity care.

When I became a mother in a rural area without a support system, I learned how essential it is to have a community of like minded women, and a guidance from someone who shares your values, understands how to navigate the system, and when to stand firm within your own convictions.
